Shipping & Return Policies
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You have a right to return a product within fifteen (14) days of receipt of shipment.
For electronic products, you must return the product within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment.
The device must be returned with the Original packaging along with the box, user manuals and accessories.
Free of scratches or signs of misuse of the device.
A technical report from the management might be required prior to replacement.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Najma Stationary LLC, P.B.No: 72150, Municipality Building C-8, Shop No: 38, Khalifa City AZ, United Arab Emirates.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

We currently only deliver Orders placed via the Website/Whatsapp to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. A variety of Order delivery/collection methods are available as set out below. However we constantly strive to improve customer experience and may introduce additional delivery or collection methods across our shopping channels. Please check back frequently to see if more options have become available.
1.Delivery The following options are available for delivery to your requested address in the United Arab Emirates:

2.Click and Pickup: You may place an Order on our Website/via the Whatsapp and collect the item from "Our Stores". Simply select “Click & Collect” and your preferred collection store during the Order process. You will be required to pay in full for the Order at time of collection. No delivery fee applies to Click and Collect. We will notify you when the item is ready for collection by sending you a “Ready to Collect” E-mail notification. If you place your Order before 8pm on any day, it will usually be available for collection in-store on the same day. Please wait for this confirmation before you come in to collect your Order. In order to collect the Order, please bring the “Ready to Collect’ notification as well as either a valid passport, driving licence, Emirates ID or the payment card used to purchase the Order (where applicable). You may opt at the time you place the Order to have a third party collect your Order on your behalf. The person authorized by you to collect your Order (or any gift recipient) will need to present the “Ready to Collect” notification plus their passport/driving license/Emirates ID at your chosen Click and Collect location in order for us to release the Order to them. You hold us harmless from all liability for releasing your Order to any person indicated by you while placing the Order presenting such documentation to us. Please note that items not collected within 7 days of delivery to your Click and Collect location will be made available for sale and a refund issued to the tender type you used to pay.
General Conditions: Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from Order confirmation. However, if we have not delivered your Order within 15 days of Order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement.
Orders are delivered daily excluding UAE public holidays. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries, including in particular but without limitation on Fridays.
Payment Methods : If you're making Order on our Website/via Whatsapp you can pay Cash On Delivery. Or you can use Card Payments at the time of Delivery. Currently COD is only available, we don't support online payment via our website.
Notifications : When you make Orders on our Website, you'll receive Email and Text Message notifications on your phone number that you've submitted at the time of ordering process. You'll also receive Order number in your Email/Phone number, you can refer this Order number in case you want any type of support from our Support Team.
